From idea to launched web product — one partner for the whole journey

I help founders and businesses design, build and launch websites, MVPs and web apps — with the strategy, SEO and automation that make them actually work. One accountable person instead of a team of five.

MUTE. project screenshot04

03 / Expertise

One partner for the whole product, not one specialist for one task

Most projects fail in the gaps between specialists: the designer doesn't know SEO, the developer never asks about your margins, and nobody owns the result. I own the whole thing — and every decision is tied to a business goal, not a spec.

01

Product strategy & scoping

I help you decide what to build and what to skip, so you don't pay to develop features nobody needs.

02

UX/UI design

Clean, modern interfaces with clear hierarchy and copy that makes the product understandable at a glance.

03

Development

Websites, SaaS apps, e-commerce, dashboards and client portals — built on a stack chosen for your goals.

04

Integrations

Payments, CRM, email, analytics and CMS wired together so the whole thing runs as one system.

05

SEO & performance

Technical SEO, clean structure and green Core Web Vitals built in by default — not bolted on later.

06

Automation & support

The manual work around your product handled automatically, plus ongoing support after launch.

04 / Process

How we work together

No hourly black box. You always know what's happening with your money.

  1. 01

    Call & goals

20 minutes, free. We figure out what you actually need — sometimes it's less than you think.

  2. 02

    Scope & fixed plan

A fixed scope, price and timeline in writing before any code is written.

  3. 03

    Build with weekly demos

You see real progress every week and can adjust early, while changes are still cheap.

  4. 04

    Launch & support

Deploy, analytics, handover — and I stay around to improve what the data shows.

05 / Decisions

Technology decisions based on your business goal, not trends

You don't need Next.js. You need a fast site that ranks and is cheap to change. The technology is a consequence of the goal — and I'll tell you honestly when the simpler option is the right one.

01

Marketing site where SEO and speed matter

Next.js + headless CMS

Instant loads, full SEO control, content editing without a developer.

02

Content site, tight budget, team used to WordPress

WordPress

Sometimes WordPress is the right answer — cheaper to run, familiar admin. I'll say when that's your case.

03

Store with up to a few thousand products

WooCommerce, properly optimized

Proven platform. The problem is usually not the platform — it's how it was set up.

04

Product with logic: accounts, subscriptions, roles

Custom app: Next.js / Laravel + PostgreSQL + Stripe

Where website builders end and real architecture begins.

05

"I want it like Amazon" with 100 visitors a day

I'll talk you out of it

Over-engineered architecture is your money down the drain. We start with what pays off.

06 / Automation

Your website is the front door. The business happens behind it.

I automate what your team does by hand: leads flowing into a CRM instead of an inbox, booking confirmations, invoices, follow-up emails, reports that build themselves. Usually it's a week of work that saves hours every week after.

07 / Partnership

Why work with me

01

You talk to the person who builds it

No account managers, no handoffs. The one who writes the code makes the product decisions and answers for the result.

02

I speak business, not just code

10+ years across product companies, agencies and startups taught me both sides: how software is built and why businesses pay for it.

03

Verifiable, honest track record

120+ launches and public projects like GetInData, dr100 and open-source Marquez. No inflated claims, no fake reviews.

I use AI tooling the way a senior engineer should: to move faster on the routine, while every architectural, security and product decision stays human. You get AI speed with senior judgment — and I'm one person, not an agency, taking one or two projects at a time. That's how the quality survives. My delivery pipeline runs on the same discipline I sell: CI/CD, automated checks and preview deploys — launches are routine here, not an event.

08 / FAQ

Questions before you reach out

01

How much does a project cost?

Most websites start from €5,000, MVPs from €5,000, and larger apps are scoped in phases. After a short call I give you a fixed price in writing — no hourly surprises.

02

How long does it take?

A focused MVP or business website usually takes 2–4 weeks. We agree the timeline before starting, and you see progress in weekly demos.

03

What if I only have an idea, not a spec?

That's the normal starting point. Writing the spec is part of my job — we define what to build, what to skip, and what "done" means before you spend money on development.

04

Can't I just build it myself with AI tools?

Sometimes you can, especially for a throwaway prototype. The hard part starts when the product needs users, payments, permissions, security, clean data, SEO, performance and maintainable code. I use AI to move faster, but senior engineering judgement decides what is safe to ship.

05

Who owns the code?

You do. Everything is handed over in your accounts and repositories. No lock-in, no hostage situations.

06

What happens after launch?

You can take everything and run, or keep me on a monthly support plan for features, fixes and improvements based on real usage data.

07

Can you work with my existing site or CMS?

Yes. I redesign, migrate and extend existing WordPress, WooCommerce and custom sites — including moving off an old stack without losing your search rankings.

Write a few sentences — no brief needed. I reply within 24 hours with questions or a plan. You'll talk to me directly, not a sales team.
