The work combines product thinking, frontend engineering, performance, technical SEO, accessibility and practical automation — useful when a small team needs one accountable person instead of five vendors. My own delivery pipeline is optimized the same way I optimize client products: CI/CD, automated checks and preview environments, so the budget goes into the product, not overhead.
